Обмежувач крутного моменту на виході в кожен вузол захищає механічну передачу від випадкових перевантажень при потраплянні в блок ножів сторонніх предметів, що виключає пошкодження рухливих частин. Запобіжна муфта кожного рядка розташована у маслянній ванні, що збільшує строк служби та зменшує кількість втручань для її обслуговування.
Подаючий шнек великого діаметра з перехресною спіраллю забезпечує безперервне рівномірне подавання без втрати матеріалу навіть в найнесприятливіших умовах збирання.
Замкнуті підвідні ланцюги з хромованими штифтами мають натяжні зубчасті колеса з технополімерів, які виключають ефект абразиву для забезпечення тривалого терміну служби і безшумності.
Кожух у Diamant - легкознімний, не потрібні інструменти, а тільки руки, що робить чистку жатки швидкою і забезпечує швидкий доступ до мисових ланцюгів і вальців з ножами. Кожний валець має 4 регульованих ножі з вольфрамовою наплавкою; гвинтовий кінець сприяє введенню стебла, а спеціальні накладки не допускають заплутування трави.
Нова захисна система ділителів (антишок) - при контакті з землею запобіжник миттєво відкидає дільник догори тим самим заощаджуючи тимчасові і фінансові витрати на можливу заміну пошкоджених подільників.
Качановідокремлюючі пластини регулюються безпосередньо з місця механізатора для оптимального адаптування до різних сортів кукурудзи. Тепер пластини встановлюються на однакову відстань з обох сторін, в результаті кукурудза без перешкоджання входить в фазу втягування.
