Fransgård V-3521 je lahek, a zelo trpežen gozdarski vitel z vlečno silo 3,5 t, zasnovan za učinkovito spravilo lesa z manjšimi in srednje velikimi traktorji. Primeren je za traktorje moči 20 – 45 KM, njegova masa 185 kg pa omogoča dobro okretnost pri priklopu in stabilno delo tudi na razgibanem terenu ter v manjših posekih.
Opremljen je z jekleno žico dolžine 40 m (maks. 45 m), ki se navija s hitrostjo 0,6 – 1,5 m/s pri 540 vrt/min, kar omogoča dober delovni tempo. Sistem vodila žice ter zgornji in spodnji valj (višina zgornjega 130 cm / spodnjega 48 cm) skrbita za enakomerno navijanje brez križanja in dodatnih obremenitev.
Zaščitna rešetka dimenzije 71 × 104 cm ter skupna višina vitla z varnostno mrežo 155 cm zagotavljata visoko raven zaščite upravljavca. Stabilnost pri vleki dodatno izboljša buldožerska deska širine 125 cm, ki pomaga pri sidranju traktorja in potiskanju hlodovine.
Kardanska gred je serijsko priložena, priklop pa poteka preko 3-točkovnega sistema. Uporaba je enostavna in pregledna, zavorno stikalo sklopke prikazuje aktivnost vitla, zavorni mehanizem prostega vrtenja pa preprečuje nekontrolirano odvijanje žice ter ohlapno navijanje. Upravljanje z vrvico je lahkotno, na ohišju pa so nameščeni tudi nosilci za orodje in verige.
Po potrebi je možno dodati dodatno opremo, kot so nosilec za motorno žago, daljinsko upravljanje, hidravlični pogon ali dodatne vlečne kljuke in škripci.
