Cepilnik je zasnovan za delo z daljšimi poleni, saj omogoča maksimalno višino sekanja 144 cm brez mize, hod sekire pa je nastavljiv v razponu od 0 do 50 cm. Višina sekanja se nastavlja preko verižnega sistema, kar omogoča prilagoditev delovnega procesa glede na dolžino polen. Premična miza ima šest osnovnih položajev z dodatno vmesno stopnjo, kar omogoča prilagajanje različnim delovnim višinam.
Skupna teža stroja znaša 200 kg, kar prispeva k stabilnosti med delovanjem. Cepilnik ima dva neodvisna hidravlična voda, pogon pa je mogoč preko kardanskega sistema z multiplikatorjem in hidravlično črpalko ali preko električnega pogona z dvojno hidravlično črpalko, ki deluje na trifazni tok 380 V. Za traktorski pogon je potrebna minimalna moč traktorja 18 KM, priklop pa je omogočen preko 3-točkovnega sistema Cat 0, Cat 1 ali Cat 2.
Za transport je cepilnik prilagojen z gumijastimi kolesi premera 20 cm, njegove transportne dimenzije znašajo 100 × 55 × 120 cm, dolžina pospravljenega cepilnika pa je 122 cm. Dolžina noža znaša 23 cm. Križna sekira in sekalna razširitvena sekira sta na voljo kot opciji z doplačilom.
